a) The warranty with Kubala•Sosna is not directly transferable to subsequent owners of the products.
b) Authorized Kubala•Sosna dealers can assist subsequent owners with the purchase of a transfer of the current registration that gives them full warranty and upgrade privileges for the remainder of the original warranty period. (Requires proper current registration)
c) Kubala•Sosna products must be purchased from an authorized Kubala•Sosna dealer or from a previously registered owner to qualify for a warranty, so please protect the value of your purchase by registering your product within the first 30 days of ownership.
d) Products may be registered for warranty only in the same country as the dealer they were originally sold/shipped to.

Upgrade Policy
We will offer to properly registered owners of Kubala•Sosna cables, the privilege of upgrading any cable to a higher category cable of similar type and length (e.g.: Expression to Emotion 1.0m RCA interconnect) through an authorized dealer in the country of original sale. See our Upgrade Policy for details.
e) Warranty claims must be processed by an authorized Kubala•Sosna dealer or distributor in the country of original sale.
f) Kubala•Sosna does not warrant in any way products that have had their serial numbers altered, defaced or removed.
In order to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction, new Kubala•Sosna products may only be purchased at Authorized Kubala•Sosna dealers, and may not be purchased via the Internet, telephone, or mail. Products purchased in such a fashion are presumed to be used and are not covered by any Kubala•Sosna warranty. Kubala•Sosna does not warrant in any way products that have had their serial numbers altered, defaced or removed.
